After cutting the lawn, it is generally considered to be the most beneficial process which can be completed for grass health.
Thank you for contacting us regarding a Lawn Aeration in North Worcestershire..
What is a Lawn Aeration?
It is a process to remove stale gas in the ground and replace it with fresh air to the direct benefit of the grassroots. The effect which happens is known as a gaseous exchange and is something that can be completed at any time of the year if the ground is soft enough for the work to be successful.
There are two types of Lawn Aeration, known as a Solid Tine or Hollow Tine Aeration.
The Solid Tine Aeration creates the right conditions for the gaseous exchange and will greatly benefit the lawn.
A Hollow Tine Aeration (sometimes known as a Core Aeration), has the additional benefit of helping to alleviate ground compaction and is, therefore, a more popular option.
