I’ll just run through quickly what we normally do on a survey. We check the pH of the lawn, which is quite important for soil health. We’ll also take a core sample just to check the structure of the the turf and the soil underneath. One of the main things we check for is soil compaction. This helps to determine what treatment programs are appropriate. Once we have all this information to hand, we can then make suitable recommendations for your lawn based on your budget and the time the of year.
