I set up Lawnscience Solihull in 2011. Due to retirement I am now looking to sell my well established and profitable business. 

Turnover this year will be circa £120,000 from 450 customers which will put available drawings at around £60,000. 

My territory includes the affluent areas of Solihull, Dorridge, Lapworth, Henley together with the majority of South Birmingham. 

Previous knowledge of lawn care isn’t required. Full training on process and procedures including sales and marketing will be given as part of the franchise induction.

All equipment needed to run the business is available to purchase at favourable rates including a sign written Ford Transit van 

Terry our Franchisor allows us to run our business our own way without forcing unrealistic targets onto us. He also listens to our ideas and annually, the Franchisees get together to discuss best practices and new products to the market. The support provided by Terry has been key to my success in running my own business.

Payment terms for the business are flexible – to give you a head start I’m happy to accept £15,000 a year over a 4-year period.
