Are you searching for a proven business model in Leeds?
Lawnscience offers a franchise opportunity that enables you to run your own profitable lawn care business while benefiting from our experience, training, and ongoing support. If you want to step away from employment, choose your hours, and grow a scalable business, this could be your ideal next step.

Our service goes beyond mowing. We offer fertilisation, weed and moss control, aeration to relieve compacted soil, scarification to clear thatch, and overseeding to repair thin patches. Soil care is also key: we adjust pH, improve structure, and promote microbial activity so lawns stay healthy from the roots. In Leeds, where heavy rainfall can cause thatch build-up, our scarification and aeration treatments are particularly effective for keeping lawns in top condition.

People who do well in a lawn care business are hands-on and enjoy being outdoors in all seasons. They take satisfaction from seeing the transformation of a lawn and delivering visible results for customers. They stay organised, plan their days efficiently, and look after their tools and equipment. Good lawn care operators are approachable and clear communicators, explaining what they’re doing and following up to make sure customers are happy. Having a curiosity about turf and soil health is helpful, along with a willingness to keep learning and to spot opportunities for ongoing services and repeat business.
You don’t need prior experience — we’ll train you in every aspect of turf care, from diagnosing problems and applying treatments safely to aeration, scarification, and overseeding. We’ll also give you business training: quoting confidently, pricing correctly, planning routes, and using our CRM and marketing campaigns to generate enquiries. You’ll launch with a detailed playbook, ready-to-use marketing, and continuous phone support. What matters most is your approach: practical, organised, comfortable speaking with customers, and happy to work outdoors.
