Whilst lawn care is a full-year service there are times in the year when the volume of work is not as high as at other times. Quality communication

Good quality communication is essential if you are to provide a high level of service to your customers. This requires communication prior to your planned services and just as important, communication after your services. You customers want communication about the progress of their lawn.

Quite often we find that customers who join us from competitors do so because of little or no communication.

During your training we will teach you about the communication that is necessary and train you to use our systems to make it happen.
